3. Appoint your own solicitor/conveyancer and give them your buyer’s details.
4. Make a list of items, room by room, that are included in the sale price such as any curtains, carpets, and light fittings. This should also include items in your garden to be left / removed. Your solicitor will ask you for this.

1.The buyer or buyer’s mortgage company will arrange for a survey to be done on your property.
