3.  If you wish to, adjust your asking price based upon the valuation
4.  Show your property to prospective purchasers
5.  Agree a price directly with prospective purchaser
6.  Advise your solicitor the name and address of the purchaser, their solicitor, the agreed price and any items that you are including in the sale (such as carpets or curtains, for example)
7.  Await exchange of contracts and completion by remaining in contact with your solicitor.

Can I get a ‘For Sale’ style board?

Q  How do I value my property? 
For our Standard and Standard-Plus advertising packages, we recommend professional on-line property valuations via our Housing Intelligence partner, Hometrack. If you would prefer to estimate the value of your property with the aid of a free price index guide, simply enter your postcode into the free price tool available at Rightmove.  By looking at the sold prices of other similar properties in your street or area, you are often able to get a very good feel for the value of your property.  Of course, it is entirely up to you how much you market your property for - although in the interests of selling your property, it is imperative that you value your property realistically.  If you buy our Premier advertising package, we will carry out a professional valuation of your property.
 

Q  Will my personal details be safe?  
A  Buyfromtheowner.co.uk uses the latest servers, with advanced intrusion protections systems.  Our payment systems utilise world-class encryption techniques and card details are stored on secure servers that are inaccessible by the internet.

Is there any discount for listing more than one property at the same time?
 
Yes.  Multiple listings from 2 – 5 attract a discount of 15% off the advertised price.  6 – 10 attract a discount of 20% and 11-25 listings attract a discount of 30%.  26+ listings attract a discount of 40%.  Discounts are made against the total amount spent.  To claim your discount, please email us.  Discount monies will be sent to you by cheque once payment for advertising has cleared.

Do I need a Home Information Pack (HIP)?
